Can I upgrade a pool after I create it?
Yes — you can add more storage or upgrade the tier from the pool's settings page at any time.
How do subscriptions work?
Pro Organiser and Teams plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your settings — your pools remain accessible until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my pool when it expires?
Expired pools become read-only — guests can no longer upload but you can still download all photos. Moment pools expire after 30 days, Forever pools after 2 years. Occasion pools never expire.
