Do guests need to download an app?
No. Scan QR, upload from browser. Works on every phone. Critical for international tourists who might not want to install an app for a 2-hour tour.
What if guests are on holiday and don't want to give their email?
Email is optional for uploading. Only required if they want the album sent to them after. Around 70% opt in because the album is the obvious reward.
How does booking integration work?
Your platform (FareHarbor, Rezdy, Bokun, GetYourGuide, Viator, Tripadvisor Experiences, TXGB, or in-house) sends a webhook with booking details. We generate the pool and return the QR code + landing URL. Half a day of integration work.
Can the guide upload too?
Yes - guide gets a special role that auto-approves uploads. Guides love it because they finally have a way to share their own behind-the-scenes shots with guests.
What about multi-language?
Pool pages auto-detect browser language. Currently EN, ES, FR, DE, IT, NL. More on request for partners with international guest mix.
