Do parents need to create an account?
No. Parents and pupils just scan the QR code or tap the link and upload directly from their phone camera. No app, no account, no password.
How do we handle GDPR for photos of children?
Every school pool displays a consent notice at the upload step explaining that photos may appear in a printed yearbook. No personal data is collected unless you enable it. Photos can be deleted at any time from the host dashboard.
Can the teacher approve photos before they appear?
Yes — enable moderation when creating the pool and every photo goes into a queue for teacher approval before it joins the album.

How long does printing and delivery take?
Typically 5–7 working days after you place the order. Plan to order at least two weeks before the last day of term.
